Jarrey Foster is a Houston native, Former NOrth shore High School and SMU standout who brings a wealth of high-level playing experience and a deep passion for developing the whole athlete.

After a successful collegiate and professional basketball career, Foster founded ONE ZERO to build a better system of player development — one rooted in performance science, mentorship, and a love for the game.

As a mentor and coach, Jarrey focuses on translating experience into Performance, giving athletes the tools to grow on the court and in life. Through ONE ZERO, he’s created a platform that blends cutting-edge training with real-life impact.

Mental Performance

Mental performance isn’t optional — it’s the foundation of elite play. At ONE ZERO, we train your ability to focus under pressure, reframe adversity, and compete with clarity. Athletes will learn:

  • Breath control and mental resets

  • Visualization and performance scripting

  • Mindfulness and focus training

  • Managing performance anxiety

  • Developing a pre-game and post-game mental routine

Human Development

Beyond basketball, we train people. Human development is our commitment to building emotionally intelligent, socially aware, and purpose-driven individuals. Every athlete is mentored in:
